The Outdoor Power Equipment Association (OPEA) was incorporated under the Association Incorporation Act 1981 on July, 1992. We represent the major manufactures/distributors throughout Australia, of various items of outdoor power equipment.
Of utmost interest to the OPEA is the current health of our industry, particularly in the retail (dealership) area. Dealership programs and assistance such as staff training, computerisation, industry trade shows, tax seminars and hazard documentation have been implemented, with the on-going support of member suppliers. Industry associations namely M.S.A.A and CAMS representing dealerships, enjoyed OPEA membership. |
